BryanLGH College of Health Sciences is hosting their 3rd annual Health Career Camp, July 18-22!

Here are highlights of what we are planning:

You’ll get to see…

· Plastinates
· Sleep Lab
· Your kidney, spleen or beating heart
· Health professions panels

Experience…
· Ultrasounds
· Patient care with our Patient Simulators
· Skills Lab Demonstrations where you will learn to:
                - Start an I.V.
                - Provide basic wound care
                - Insert an NG tube
                - Start a Foley Catheter

Become…
· CPR Certified
· Trained in Basic Aid

Application deadline is May 6, 2011. Space will be limited to the first 30 students entering their sophomore, junior or senior years in high school for academic year 2011-2012 who are in good academic standing with a GPA of 2.75 or higher. 10 fully funded camp spots are available courtesy of the Woods Charitable Foundation.
